A Bit About Me
My husband and I have four children who are grown and flown.
We are now grandparents to three.
Over the decades, I have learned to appreciate and care well for my more introverted self. I enjoy quiet time to read, rest and recover.
You might also find me walking the dogs or spending time with the rest of our crew at our lake property.
I love to cook and nothing is better than laughing really hard with people I love.
Education and Training
I graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor’s in Education with a minor in Remedial Methodology. I returned to formal education when our kids were in middle school and achieved my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
I have earned the designation of a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Approved Clinical Supervisor from the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (#13807) and have worked in private and group practices.
I am currently serving as a member of the AEDP Vancouver Steering Committee with the goal to provide learning opportunities about AEDP with our colleagues across the province.
