Trauma Counsellor & AEDP Therapist in BC

Present, compassionate, and curious about healing

Meet Tracey Dahl

I’m a trauma therapist who believes that healing happens through connection—connection to self, to others, and to the parts of us that long to be seen.

I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and relational struggles. Together, we work gently and experientially to move through fear and stuckness toward clarity, emotional freedom, and a renewed sense of self.

My practice is rooted in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), and in my deep commitment to safe, compassionate, and attuned presence.

My path into this work has been shaped by both professional training and personal life experience. After earning my Bachelor of Education and a minor in Counselling at the University of Victoria, I took time to raise my four children—an experience that deepened my respect for emotional complexity and relational growth.

I later returned to graduate studies and completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Certified AEDP Therapist, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#13807). I bring experience from both private and group practices, and I offer my clients and supervisees a grounded, integrative, and values-based approach to healing and growth.
