At the heart of my work with clients is an understanding of attachment and neuroscience. This involves exploring how we connect with others to feel affirmed or safe and how the brain communicates through the nervous system. My primary goal is to help clients face and feel emotions they may have previously avoided because they seemed too overwhelming. We don't navigate these dark places alone; we do it together.
Another foundational aspect of my approach is the belief that humans have an instinctive drive toward healing and wholeness. Facing losses, overcoming disappointments, making sense of tragic events, and regulating everyday emotional highs and lows are part of the human experience. Through our experiential work, I aim to help you break free from old patterns, express complex emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, and create a more meaningful life experience.
