Trauma Counselling & AEDP Therapy for Adults in BC

A compassionate space to safely explore overwhelming or avoided emotions

My counselling practice draws from AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), as well as emotion-focused, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches.

I work with adults who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or burdened by past experiences—offering a steady, attuned presence as we move together toward greater agency, clarity, and emotional resilience.

At the heart of our work is a deep understanding of the nervous system and how we learn to connect—often in ways that once helped us stay safe, but now limit our ability to thrive. Together, we explore these patterns with compassion and curiosity.

Therapy isn’t about confronting hard feelings alone. It's about co-creating a space where those feelings can be met with support, felt through safely, and eventually integrated.

I also believe we all carry an inner drive toward healing. Life brings grief, disconnection, and uncertainty—but within that pain is often the seed of transformation. In our work, we slow down, tune in, and make room for what’s been held back. Over time, this allows you to shift old patterns, soften protective beliefs, and move toward a more connected and meaningful life.

I support clients navigating a wide range of emotional experiences and life transitions, including:

  • Emotional & Relational Healing: Trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, healthy attachment

  • Grief & Life Changes: Grief and loss, life transitions, infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss

  • Spiritual & Identity Healing: Religious trauma, relational stuckness

If you’re feeling ready—or even just curious—I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to do this alone.
