Clinical Supervision for Counsellors in BC AEDP-Informed & Trauma-Sensitive
A place to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your work
As an Approved Clinical Supervisor with the BCACC, I offer relational, trauma-informed supervision that reflects the same values I bring to therapy: attunement, courage, and deep respect for the work we do.
I support therapists at all stages—whether you’re just beginning, deepening your work with trauma, or integrating experiential methods like AEDP. Together, we create space for reflection, skill-building, and professional integrity.
I know how isolating this work can feel. Supervision, at its best, offers a place not just to consult—but to be seen, understood, and reminded that we don’t have to do this alone.
What We Can Explore Together
🌀 Vicarious Trauma
Explore the emotional toll of bearing witness to suffering. Together, we can identify signs of vicarious trauma and develop strategies to protect your inner life while staying connected to your work.
🌱 Trauma-Informed Practice
Deepen your understanding of trauma-informed care—what it really means in practice, and how to embody it in your clinical work.
✨ Beginning AEDP
If you’re new to AEDP or completing immersion, I can help you make sense of the model and begin integrating its principles into your sessions with confidence and clarity.
🌿 Early Career Support
Starting out can feel overwhelming. We can explore practical questions—like ideal caseload, networking, boundaries, and imposter feelings—with steadiness and care.
🧩 Case Consultation
Whether you feel stuck, unsure about a clinical decision, or want to deepen your understanding of a client’s process, we’ll explore it together with curiosity and insight.
